    4. To use the Site or Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Site.
  • User Contributions The Site may contain interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Site. All User Contributions must comply with these Terms. You represent and warrant that:
    1. You own or control all rights in and to your User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers.
    2. Your User Contributions do not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party.
    3. Your User Contributions do not violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Changes to Terms StorEase reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
  • Dispute Resolution Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to or use of the Site, or to products or services sold or distributed by StorEase or through the Site, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Indian Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration will be India and the language of arbitration will be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
